The PrizeDrop weekly sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [SPONSOR ADDRESS], [SPONSOR EMAIL] (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google, Apple, or any advertising network.
Open only to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction. The Sweepstakes is void in [EXCLUDED US STATES/TERRITORIES] and in any country on the exclusion list maintained at [EXCLUSION-LIST URL], and wherever prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. One account per person; entries from duplicate or automated accounts will be disqualified.
Each weekly entry period begins [DAY/TIME TZ] and ends the following [DAY/TIME TZ] (each, a "Drawing Period"). Drawings are conducted within [X hours] after each Drawing Period closes.
Download the PrizeDrop app and watch rewarded video advertisements. Every three (3) server-verified completed views earns one (1) entry into the current Drawing Period. Verification is performed server-side; views that fail verification, exceed the posted per-hour/per-day limits, or originate from fraudulent activity do not count.
You may enter free of charge, without watching advertisements, by submitting the free entry form at [WEB URL]/amoe once per calendar day (UTC). Each AMOE submission earns the same entry as ad-based participation, and AMOE entries are treated identically to all other entries in every drawing. Watching advertisements does not improve the odds of any individual entry.
Each Drawing Period's prize pool equals the gross advertising revenue attributable to the period multiplied by the published pool percentage (currently [POOL %]), subject to a minimum pool of [MIN POOL, IF ANY]. The pool is divided among winners as posted at [PRIZE-SPLIT URL] (for example: 1st place 50%, 2nd place 20%, ten runners-up sharing 30%). Prizes are awarded as electronic gift cards or equivalent, delivered by email. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Drawing Period. Winners are selected by a deterministic, provably fair procedure: before each Drawing Period closes, the Sponsor publishes a SHA-256 commitment to a random seed; after the drawing, the seed is revealed and winning entries are derived from it by the published algorithm. The procedure and verification instructions are available at [DRAWS URL]. Potential winners will be notified by email and must complete an identity and eligibility confirmation within [X days] of notification. Failure to respond, or any violation of these rules, results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes are subject to manual review and approval before delivery.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. U.S. winners of $600 or more in a calendar year may be required to furnish a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC.
The Sponsor may disqualify entries generated by scripts, emulators, device farms, VPN geo-evasion, duplicate accounts, or any fraudulent or abusive behavior, and may suspend accounts pending review. The Sponsor's decisions are final.

By entering you release the Sponsor and its partners from any liability arising from participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, with notice posted at [WEB URL].
