By creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, and to the Official Rules of the sweepstakes. If the Official Rules and these Terms conflict on anything concerning the sweepstakes itself, the Official Rules prevail.

1. What PrizeDrop is

PrizeDrop is a free promotional sweepstakes funded by advertising. Watching advertisements earns entries into periodic prize draws. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter or win, and a free alternative method of entry is always available. This is not gambling: you never wager anything and you cannot lose money.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and in an eligible jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Additional accounts may be suspended and their entries voided.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• The information you give us — especially prize claim details — must be accurate.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, device farms, or automation to earn entries.
• Falsify ad views or interfere with our verification.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, including through email aliases, or refer yourself.
• Misrepresent your location or eligibility, including through a VPN or proxy.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Entries obtained in breach of these rules are void. We may suspend or close accounts and withhold prizes where we reasonably determine that abuse has occurred.

4. Entries, tickets, and prizes

Tickets have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and are not property. Entry limits and daily caps apply and may change. Prizes are awarded and delivered as described in the Official Rules. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

5. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or website. Deletion withdraws your entries from the open draw and forfeits unclaimed prizes. If you have a claimed prize awaiting payment, please contact us first so we can pay you.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including entry ratios, limits, prize structures, and draw schedules. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost entries, prizes, or data arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Apple and Google

The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any advertising network. Any questions or claims regarding the app should be directed to us, not to them.

9. Governing law
